RULES OF SILENT AUCTION
This Auction is set to take place from 2 August 2026 at 13H00 to 2 August 2026 17H00. The Auction is conducted physically. The auctioneers are Imani and Stella of Inside Out Girls Campaign Non-Profit organization.1. All Artworks are NOT subject to a reserve price. All Artworks are subject to retail price and the sale is subject to the confirmation hours at 14H00, at 15H00 and at 16H00.2. The auction shall be a SILENT AUCTION, the registration and submission of bids shall be done physically at Doppio Zero in Kyalami Corner, Midrand.3. Each bidder shall have many opportunities to submit his/her best bid and the highest bid shall be revealed after the closing hours at 14H00, at 15H00 and at 16H00.4. A sale by auction is complete when the auctioneers announce its completion by the fall of the hammer, or in any other customary manner.5. The Artwork shall be sold to the highest bidder subject to confirmation by The Seller.6. The highest bidder shall be obliged to complete the Conditions of Sale on the Closing Hour at 16H00.7. No bid may be withdrawn after the Closing Hour of 16H00.8. The silent Auction will commence at 2 August 2026 13H00 and will close 2 August 2026 17H00(“Closing Hour and Closing Date”).9. All bidders must register their identity with the Auctioneer prior to the commencement of the Silent Auction.10. A bidder who registers to bid on behalf of another person (the “Principal”) must, produce a letter of authority signed by both the Principal and the bidder in which the Principal expressly authorizes the bidder to bid and to conclude a transaction on behalf of the Principal. Such a bidder must produce the name, telephone number,  and e-mail address of the Principal.  11. The Conditions of Sale is available for inspection with the Artist present in this silent auction event venue Doppio Zero Kyalami Corner, Midrand a few hours prior to the commencement of the Auction and is also provided to each bidder after registration.12. Every prospective bidder must read the Conditions of Sale & the Rules of Auction and must not bid unless he or she has done so. By participating in any bidding, the Bidder tacitly declares that he/she has fully acquainted him/herself with the Conditions of Sale & the Rules of Auction.13. The highest bidder (“hereinafter referred to as The Purchaser”) and surety, if applicable, shall sign the Conditions of Sale immediately upon request from The Artist after the Closing Hour. If The Purchaser fails to furnish the Auctioneer and The Artist with the signed Conditions of Sale, the Auctioneer may declare the transaction cancelled by giving notice to that effect and sell the Artwork to the second highest bidder.14. The Purchaser is obliged to 1 (ONE) type of payment option. The Purchaser shall be obliged to pay a 100% (ONE HUNDRED PERCENT) of the purchase upon request after the Closing Hour to Inside Out Girls Campaign Capitec Account for the benefit of The Seller. The SELLER shall be liable for the Inside Out Girls Campaign donation commission of 20% of the retail price of The Artworks as stated on The Artworks inventory sheet provided by the artist. This donation commission fee will go to the Inside Out Girls Campaign fundraiser donation for Business Empowerment. Artworks can only be collected from Artists when The Purchaser PAYS IN FULL. Legal title and possession of Artwork remain with The Seller until funds clear in full to ensure that The Seller is fully protected. Prior to payment and upon payment in full. The Inside Out Girls Campaign Capitec Account is available from the 15. Should The Seller reject The Purchaser’s offer, the Auctioneer will prevent The Purchaser from making payment. Inside Out Girls Campaign shall not refund to The Purchaser and would rather The Purchaser NOT make any payments or deposit to the Auctioneer in terms of the Conditions of Sale. This is to avoid the administrative burden of the Inside Out Girls Campaign having to process a refund to The Purchaser. No refunds shall be made available to The Purchaser from Inside Out Girls Campaign. 16. By participating in any bidding, the bidder tacitly declares that he/she was afforded a reasonable period of time to Inspect The Artworks, prior to the start of the Auction and that he/she has exercised his/her right to inspect the property and that he/she has fully acquainted him/herself as to the condition of the property.
