Inside Out Girls Campaign is a non-profit organisation dedicated to educating and inspiring young entrepreneurs. Our primary mission is to support young women pursuing diverse careers in business. We are committed to providing them with the tools to thrive – including guidance in career strategy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, development, and confidence building. Through our networking brunches, we create spaces for meaningful engagement, access, and exposure that inspire growth and opportunity.
Equally, we remain committed to uplifting young girls and the community at large through outreach campaigns and social
media. We aim to inspire them, build their confidence, and show them what is possible when they embrace their potential.
At Inside Out Girls, we strongly believe in the power of upliftment projects. Our goal is to provide young women in business with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive in their respective environments.
HISTORY
Founded by activist and entrepreneur Imani Ndaba, the organisation’s sole purpose is to recruit young girls aged 13 to 25 and help them find their voices in preparation to take over the world.
A sisterhood that began in 2018 by a group of girls with a passion for women’s empowerment through beauty pageants has transformed into a community of career-driven women eager to shape-shift into greater beings, while impacting the lives of other young girls.
